About us

Camelot Riders Association began as an idea by the Founder/President of the Maryland Stealth Riders.  The idea was to join a group of clubs together with common interest that would support each other in their mission, goals, and achievements.

The birth of this concept began in the summer of 2007 when two bike clubs (Maryland Stealth Riders and King of Clubs) explored this concept during Black Bike Week in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  Once these two clubs returned back home, the conversation continued.  These two Founders/Presidents met, agreed, and the magic began.  The agreed to incorporate two additional clubs (Street Reepers and Changing Gears) into this venture.  These four Presidents and clubs meet in July 2007 and the venture began.  At this meeting, Tigga (King of Clubs) initiated the name of Camelot, taken from the medieval times.

"Camelot was the most famous castle in the medieval legends of King Arthur, and where, according to legend, he reigned over Briton before the Saxon conquest. At Camelot, Arthur established a brilliant court and seated the greatest and most chivalrous warriors in Europe, the Knights of the Round Table."

This idea of Tigga's stuck and Na-Na (Maryland Stealth Riders) and Sasha (Changing Gears) created the new logo.

In July 2008, Instant Hard Platinum MC joined the Camelot Riders Association family.
